The “Wedding Tree” is a huge live-oak tree in the center area of the lawn of Eden Gardens State Park in Point Washington, Florida, a popular wedding venue. The chairs for the ceremony are usually set up so that the guests are facing the restored antebellum mansion in the background. This was painted at the request of a woman who had been married here some years before, who wanted a small painting for an anniversary present for her husband.
