Day 11 of a 30 Day Painting Challenge: We had incredible rains here in Northwest Florida when I painted this, and seasonal affective disorder was setting in — everything is gray, and dark, my phone receiving continuous updates of FEMA warnings for the potential for flooding. This color scheme, and in fact this composition, is very very common in this area.
